Refund policy
Returns (Retail)
If your product is faulty, please contact us at
sales@dukeanddaisee.com with the order number and reason for your
return. We will issue a full refund on faulty product, provided we
receive the item(s) back within 30 days of you receiving your order. Our

The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please
note it may take 3 to 5 business days for it to be posted to your
account by your bank or credit card company. If you have not received
your refund within 5 business days of notice from us, contact us at
sales@dukeanddaisee.com.
Exchanges (Retail)
If you need to exchange a purchase, please email us at
sales@dukeanddaisee.com within 15 days of receiving your order with
the order number and reason for your exchange. We will refund the
initial order and create a new order for the desired product. Once you
submit payment of the new order and have shipped the initial item(s),
we will ship you the exchange within two to three business days. Our

Wholesale Purchases
We don't offer returns or refunds on wholesale orders. If applicable,
we will exchange any wholesale item(s) received in a damaged or
defective state, if returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
